Hands down, best forever pan. Blown away with how well constructed they are. I use all clad stainless pans. incredibly constructed. I use a gas burner stove. High heat, no funky odors, great non stick! I’ve got the 8 and 10”. By far superior to anything out there besides Le creuset. And they really don’t compare but if you’re looking for upscale cookware that’s non stick and you use the correct utensils, they’re super solid. 100% worth the buy! If you’re looking for a center piece for whatever reason and are concerned about the scratches on the stainless, lol , go head on back to the 80’s and display your copper! These are restaurant quality! No metal utensils and all is good! Read more
I read about this pan in an article listing best pans for fried eggs. My husband cooks eggs every morning and stated that the pan he was using did not cook/heat evenly. I purchased this pan and it worked beautifully. Eggs effortlessly slid out of the pan after frying the eggs evenly. It is a high quality fry pan. Packaged very nicely. Received quickly. Great ceramic pan for the price. It’s comparable to a Made In pan (which I own) at a competitive price. It’s 5 ply stainless steel and responds well to heat quickly. Easy to clean. No need to cook above Med/High which will make the coding last longer anyways. Read more
