Bought these, as spares, for the heated thermal underwear recently purchased. Glad I did because they fit better in the shirt than the battery that came with it. No manual for these other than to say that they must be turned on (?), small button on side. LEDS then come on. They came 3/4 charged, as indicated by 3 of the 4 LEDS being, auto on, while doing the first full charge. Compared with other batteries, of the same mAh rating, they charged up in the about the same amount of time. They have 2 USB-2 out ports, to power devices. With one USB-C port to do the charging, USB-C to USB-3 inculded. There is no wall transformers, these must be purchased separately, USB-2 or 3. Transformer should be able to supply 2A or 3A for charging. Running battery test now. Batteries must be turned on to continuously draw current for a attached device. If this is not done, the LEDS come on, with current draw, but will turn off (battery off(?)) after a while, current draw stops. Batteries should be charge 3 times before becoming full charged. After the first charge, they have been on for about 1hr 45m and have used up 1/2 charge. Compared to the other batteries, of the same mAh rating, they aren't lasting as long. If weight is any indication, they seems to be build well. Cases are solid. UPDATE: Have charged these 3 times now (discharged twice). They don't seem to have the suggested 10,000 mAh capacity though. They loose about 1/4 charge in the first hour and then are dead at about 1/2 hour before the other 10,000 mAh batteries. They charge slower at first but seem to complete charge at about the same time as the others. Get about 4 hours at high continuous discharge rate and about 6 hours at low. I plan to run them intermittently for extended use. Read more
