I was SO excited to have a pair of heated pants for the winter as I am very sensitive to cold and my heated jacket does not help my freezing legs. I bought the first pair on sale for Black Friday and they were defective. I tried to exchange them and received a refund instead. After a harrowing experience with customer service, I purchased a 2nd pair, which turned out to also be defective (both pairs would not turn on at all even with a fully charged battery). I have given up on finding a pair that actually works and am returning the 2nd pair. This company BLOWS. Read more
Plug the battery in the pocket and turn it on. Hold it for 2 to 3 seconds sometimes it works on one touch. Click to each end of the triangles the areas you want it hot red, warmer blue, green warm. I like red coz when im walking my husky in the cold weather. He wants to stay outdoors for a long time and my body is not equipped for that. This is perfect. I got the pockets i need for his dog poop bags. At first when i got it, it wouldn't work. But i realized since i plugged the battery in while i was wearing it and trying to turn it on was not working. So i asked for a replacement. So now i know the trick to put the battery in first and turn it on it works. As i wore it throughout playing with my dog i turned it on and off few times. It turns on and off easy. Press the middle part of the triangle. Now my replacement is here. I will keep both of em. Coz i love it. If it ever snows in Appalachian mtns in my area. Which is one times out of blue in the south. This will be great to wear around the house. I'm a gal. But buying mens is better coz womens are too tight around the hips and its shorter. I like it old school high waisted and enough room. Battery life is good. So far 3rd day and it still has 68% i wear it one hour in the morning to take my dog for a walk and one hour when i come home. I got a heated jacket from years ago goes well with this. I don't like to wear tight or bulky clothes. This is perfect. It's comfy and i only hand wash it without softener coz its not good for the wires it creates gunk. Then i just let it hang with pants hanger with clips in the bathroom. I hope this helps. I am older man and I have problems at times to keep my knees from getting cold even when I wear sweats they still get cold. I have to put a blanket, but since I bought this heated sweats, these things are great and the only certain I use is on medium For the knees in the price. Is that bad at all? Read more
The first pair I received didn't turn on at all so I requested another pair. 2nd pair however worked very well. Battery seems to last awhile also. I really like to how they are zoned which can also save on battery life. I used them for hunting like a base layer and I am very happy with them. I recommend them to anyone. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Either there is a bad connection with the cord or with the battery pack. Pants will not power on unless cord is held in one specific position into the battery pack. Not practical at all considering the battery will be moving around in the pocket. I ordered 4 pairs in different sizes both men’s and women’s and all 4 pairs had the exact same issue with different batteries. These are clearly flawed so don’t waste your time ordering them, you will just end up needing to return them! Read more
