I've used other handle steam cleaner before, but this one stands out-especially because of the 13-foot power cord. Seriously, what a difference! The machine itself works well. The instructions are kind of weird. They speak of a loud noise when there is not enough water left. It also makes that loud noise about 15 seconds before it releases the steam, so you’d be inclined (I was) to let go and figure out the problem. It was my husband who hadn’t read the instruction who simply held the trigger until it began steaming. The cleaning power is awesome. You can use solvent if you wish but the power of the steam will mostly clean it. Next problem, you’ll need to pause and wipe up the water left behind. It’s loosened the dirt but on many surfaces it will simply run down the wall or sit where you left it. You need a strong thumb for this, so do areas in a few hours, then come back. I absolutely love this handle steam cleaner for my home! After trying a couple of other models that would constantly sputter and lose steam, this one is a total game-changer. The steam comes out strong and consistent from start to finish–no annoying pauses or weak bursts. It gets seriously HOT, which means it actually tackles the built–up grease on my stovetop, range hood, and backsplash without needing harsh chemicals.
