I gave it 4 stars because you have to use soooo much water and have to fill it every other day when it’s just running at night. I don’t have time to keep refilling it with distilled water and going to keep buying the water. It was turned on 74% so it wasn’t high. It might work for others though if you can keep filling it. Love it!! It works well. I have respiratory issues and this keeps me from coughing so I can sleep all night without waking. I don’t hear it all while it’s running. It does what it is supposed to but the design of it is horrible. There is no way to fill it without making a mess. To fill it the top must come off. The top is where the controls and functionality are at. It pumps water into the top. When you need to fill it you must remove the top and take the entire base to tub to fill. The top has water in it that can easily be spilt or will back flow out of the hose that had been in the bottom. Read more
