Great humidifier - goodbye shocks!
I am really loving this humidifier. I received it a few days ago so I have been using it and am now ready to review. First thing is that the reservoir is HUGE so no more constant refilling every 4 hours. This bad boy can run for about 36 hours before it needs refilling. I have another unit in a different part of the house but that one is cool mist only. I work at home and I put this one in my office, coldest room in the house ugh, and I keep it set to warm mist. It really does help keep me warm while I'm working. The remote has all the same controls as the main panel has so I can easily set or reset the humidity level from my desk. I find setting it at 50 to be the most comfortable for me. When it hits 50, it shuts down but as soon as it goes below, it starts up again. How convenient is that? I start work very early and it's typically dark in my office and this unit has a great night light so no more walking into my desk at 5AM when I am half asleep. The night light can be turned on or off depending on your needs. Clearly I need to keep it on at night. There is a tiny drawer in the back that contains a pad that you can use for essential oils. I like to use vanilla - just a couple drops will do. The whole house smells great! It took me about 2 mins to assemble and it was up and running within 5 mins of opening the box. It doesn't take up much space because its tall rather than short and wide like a typical table top unit. It's perfect for my needs and I know I will be using this every winter. Read more
