It has plenty of room for her notebooks, lunch box, and a water bottle. The straps are comfortable on her shoulders, even when it’s full. I was really concerned about the size. My daughter's in middle school, and she has to carry all over her books as well as a whole host of other stuff. It fits EVERYTHING.
