I love this thing. I bought this to be able to keep the garage cool. The a/c blows out super cold and keeps the garage fresh. This would definitely cool a large bedroom/insulated room down to 65°F easily. The only thing that would make me love this more is having a second one.... for free wink wink. Jokes aside definitely the cheapest high performance a/c in amazon right now. And the quality it perfect. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Came next day! Easy to install and works perfectly. We have central air but our upstairs doesn’t get cool. So we purchased this for our large master bedroom suite. So much cooler up here! Definitely will sleep so much better. I got it on sale for $299, definitely worth the price. Great design, but only works for 30 minutes and stops cooling

The AC Unit only worked for about 3 minutes and the compressor stopped, but the fan was working. While working the unit produced good flow of cold air with exhaust outlet blowing nice, hot air. When compressor stopped the cold temperature went up to 85F, same as the exhaust temp at 85F (measured with laser thermometer). I've restarted the unit and it again started ok, producing 70F at the cold air blow out outlet, but only worked for about 3 minutes and the compressor stopped again, resulting in immediate rize of the cold temperature to 85F. Exelent Customer service arranged return with UPS pick up, as the unit is quite heavy to be broad to the shipping facility. I like the design of the unit and will give it a second try by reordering the same and hope for the best! Should revisit this review when the new unit arrive! The AC feels very well build using quality materials, but as of now I am very disapointed by the performance out of the box! Update: After talking to electrician, it might be that the problem was in the 12x3 extension cable I've used. I'll give it a try with the 10x3 shorter extension cable! SECOND UPDATE: Received a third unit (it looked as repacked unit, not brand new) and put it to the test with the recomended 10x3 thick electrical cable. Unit worked for about 30 minutes and the compressor switched off! It kept working as a fan only for 30 minutes when I was forced to switch it off and start it again. Second time it worked for less than 10 minutes and switched to fan. After 30 more minutes I said "enough is enough" and the unit was returned! No more tries for me!!! Back to 1 star for the great looks and feels of the unit that only could be reliably used as a fan!!!! Read more
