I use it mostly for frappes. I do take the frozen mix out to thaw a bit before using machine. It doesn’t like to work on frozen solid mixes. I also have no idea how to use knob. It doesn’t turn. Read more

I don't know where the positive reviews came from. This product does not work as described. The blade that is supposed to spin and make the ice cream is only attached by a magnet which doesn't hold it. Every time it starts the blades fall in to the cup. I've already started my return. Read more
I love this ice cream maker. I’ve been trying to cut back on sugar and junk, so I prepared healthy recipe and ingredient. Popped them in the machine, hit the “Light Ice Cream” preset and go. The ice cream made was pretty good and healthy. The mix-in mode is clutch too. I threw in some dark chocolate chips on the re-spin and it blended them perfectly without turning everything brown.
