Its a scam not worth buying it from seller

I purchased this on Dec 1 2024. I didn't receive item until Late January. I bought it for my mother as a Christmas gift... She never used it once because she was intimidated by new technology. I opened it up and tried it today for the first time and it wouldn't work. It was stuck on the install light. I troubleshooted everything that was said to do like 20 times and couldn't get passed the install flashing light.. Super disappointed a waste of time and money. The top of lid that locks into machine is scuffed and clearly been used/worn out. Never buying anything from this seller again. Mine was labelled renewed, didn't even get it to work once...
