The Ninja CREAMi (Renewed) arrived in excellent condition and worked exactly as described. I was impressed with how easy it was to use—each of the 7 one-touch programs delivered creamy, delicious results, from ice cream to smoothie bowls. The machine was surprisingly powerful and fun to experiment with. That said, I ended up returning it because my 76-year-old mom, who it was intended for, didn’t really care for it or find it practical for her needs. No issues with the product itself—it’s a great machine and would be perfect for someone who enjoys making customizable frozen treats at home. I have had this now for 6 months. So disappointed in the functionality of this. No matter how many times I "re-spin", the bottom always never gets mixed. I always have white powder as a bottom layer. I really like it but not as easy as I had hoped—-the outer container you put the pint in to spin was made for a man not a woman my hand is to small to secure the container my husband usually has to do that before we put it in the machine to spin —- when you get your recipes right you will love this machine as long as you keep the recipes simple Read more
