I normally don't write a product review on Amazon (as this will be only the 3rd time I wrote a review since started making purchases on Amazon back in 1996). Yes, this microwave cover from Gracenal is well-made & definitely a solid improvement from other microwave covers I had bought in the past. Yes, this microwave cover heats up food well (I especially like the small compartment on top that allows me to add water, in order to keep microwaved food moist). But the MAIN REASON I am writing this review today is to inform potential buyers of the AMAZING SERVICE recently provided by the Customer Service Department at Gracenal. The ladies who helped me - CINDY & KELLY - were EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE & went ABOVE-AND-BEYOND in resolving my concern about the product's durability by promptly sending me a brand new cover without any hassle - even though I had bought the cover 1 year ago !!! I like that it has the dome shape, no worries about it being on top of your food and easy to clean. The only downside for me is that it stays housed in the microwave for my lack of extra storage space. Family members may mot always place it back.. So if you don’t want to remove it every time you say wanna reheat a for example a beverage consider prior to purchasing. Read more
