I like very much my pans Purchased on 4/15/25. Just a disappointment in that the picture on Amazon shows a Yellowstone Design in bottom of the Pans. But there is No Design. Just a removable paper insert. Just a Heads Up. Disappointment on that. Otherwise Quality is evident. OK the design is on the bottom not inside the pan as shown in Pic. I Love them anyway!!! The quality is noticed as soon as you pick it up. Do yourself a favor and spend the time seasoning it properly. I seasoned it on my Blackstone grill outside to avoid any smoke or smell inside. Give it 5 seasonings and you are good to go. Each time you use, clean and dry then a thin coat of EVOO is all you need. Buy the red grips fir both handles as this gets hotter the He!!.
