This is my 2nd Biobidet attachment that ive purchased and they have yet to let me down. The slimtwist model is even better than my previous one. The build quality is amazing. And it was a cinch to install. The instructions are clear and even include handy illustrations to guide you through the whole install. I didn't have any leaks from any hoses this time but im still greatful that they even think to provide a small roll of teflon tape just in case. The water pressure is strong but not unpleasantly so, and the pressure adjusting slimtwist is smooth to control but isnt so loose that the pressure goes from 0 to 100 at the slightest touch. As for how effective its streams are, the cleanliness is just as great as my other biobidet toliet attachment. This is such a great addtion to my bathroom, I wont go back. Read more

This is my first foray into bidets. I originally got this because flushable wipes were causing plumbing issues in my house. Installation was fairly easy with the toilet I have. It functions as expected. Another reviewer mentioned the thin plastic the arm with the controls is made out of… I second that. I could see someone accidentally snapping it by sitting on it. But I really haven’t had any issues with it at all and it has totally changed things for me. I hate using toilets without them now! It’s a great first one I would think. Not too hard to install, they give you all the parts. You'll need a crescent wench and a screwdriver is all. Cold water on your butt, but it's a new way to get clean. Many say it's life changing; So do I. Read more

Pros: - My butt it’s very clean and I’m using less toilet paper - Installation was easy - It looks sleek Cons: - The aim of the feminine wash setting is further back than the butt wash setting - The pressure can be intense past the lowest setting - Getting fully clean involves wiggling your butt around as you sit and spray - If you sit too far back on the toilet, you can easily get poop on the bidet I don’t regret my purchase, but I would probably go for a more expensive bidet or a different entry level bidet instead of this one. The adapter didn’t fit my toilet so customer service sent me another. It also didn’t fit, but there was one from Amazon that came next day, and once installed, it works beautifully! Read more

The included water supply hose rusted out in several places causing it to burst open and flooded my rental apartment damaging personal belongings. Luckily, I had purchased the Asurion extended warranty Amazon offers. They informed me I would be reimbursed for this purchase. I believe this occurred due to poor quality of manufactured parts.
