Good product, it does what it's supposed to do, open up the nasal passages. If you get a seasonal cold or flu and have a stuffy nose, combining a nasal decongestant for a day or two (but only for a day or two. you can get a rebound congestion if you use it too long) while sleeping with the nose strips works wonders. This is an excellent product and has helped me to breathe at night, due to my deviated septum. I have not wanted to have another operation and this product allows me to sleep on both sides and breathe easily throughout the night. Easy to use, a good hold, no scent and easy to remove as well. The only two things that sre a bit disappointing are 1) the prices were increased when the box of 44 was reduced to 30 pieces. The box size stayed the same. This type of significant cost increase is somewhat unfair to the consumer and 2) the box has some empty space and this type of use of extra packaging filled with air is something I have never agreed with. Feels like a new strategy to reduce costs, keep shelf space and increase margins. Who knows? But the product itself is solid. I have tried one other cheaper variant but this is the best on offer. I live and breathe by these strips, at night when I'm sleeping that is. Right nostril is narrow due to a sports injury years ago. These keep my airways clear through the night. I clean off my oily nose with an astringent before applying the strip. These ones are the gentle adhesive, which I prefer because they come off easier in the morning. I've tried the cheaper imitations, but beware. Breathe Right are well worth a couple of extra bucks. Read more
