So first off, I wanted to say mines arrived with a small puncture in the middle and a somewhat damaged window kit, but I was able to make things work out in the end. This AC is HEAVY, and got some nice weight and height to it. Assembling everything together doesn't take long, although the window kit can be a bit of a hassle, but nothing to difficult. This AC has multiple modes; Cool, Fan, Dry, and Smart, but as of now, I've only experienced Cool mode, and I must say I'm VERY impressed! This thing cools the room within seconds, even faster combined with my Dreo Tower Fan. The noise from this was no issue, I could easily use this AC for exercising, and resting. It also comes with a remote control to which more options are available only when using it. The performance from this AC is simply amazing! Easy 10/10! Read more

We bought this for our bedroom in our old townhouse. The HVAC doesn’t work so well on our top floor. Cold in winter and it is like a furnace in the summer. This AC cools the room quickly and actually gets cold. It is a bit noisy when the compressor kicks in so if you can manage the noise, it does the job. The compressor kicks in several times throughout the night as it regulates the temperature in the room. It takes up some floor space and we found it hard to set up the window kit. The hose keep slipping out of the window because it does not feed into the grooves as it is supposed to. We have purchased another type of window kit to see if it work better than what came with this AC and I will update our review once we receive and use the new kit. Read more
