Excellent value on this 12 pack of recessed ceiling light with night light function! Pros.... ETL listed for performance and safety! (ETL and UL test to the same standards and this qualification rates very high in my book) 5CCT color adjustments ranging from 2700K-5000K, this will fit nearly any lighting mood you want. (no returns because you got the wrong color unlike a different product I had to return last year for that very reason) Night light mode. (perfect for almost any location you want a little light) Dimmable! (requires dimmer switch, and is highly recommended. I really like the fact that both the main downlighting and the night light are dimmable, a reviewer suggested that this product would not be recommended for a bedroom nightlight, but with a installed dimmer switch, you can dim the light down to where it would only create a faint ring on the ceiling and little actual illumination, I recommend it for bedrooms if you have the dimmer switch!) Easy install. (comes with easy push to connect Wago style wiring connectors, with the low wattage draw of LED lights, the limitations on maximum power draw when used a connection for other light fixtures is not a concern. Also, the connectors are a quality UL listed product, not some cheap unlisted copy.) Cons.... Really none... there is a listing error on the product page, that lists the 12W=1100 lumen... this is correct for the 6 in recess light, the 4 in recess light is a 9W=750 lumen. This is not a con on the product, only the details on the product page. Note, the night light is a 3W with an unlisted lumen value. A couple installation details, on the 4 in product you will need to cut a 4-1/8" hole, or 4-1/4" can also work. You should also have some Romex style cable connectors for the 1/2" KO holes, do not recommended just punch the hole and run the wire without a connector. Highly recommended buy! (I will definitely check this out when I find a use for more of these lights!) Read more

I absolutely love these lights. They install easily, and the separated wiring box makes it a breeze to swap these in as a replacement for a can light if you're doing a retrofit. The night light is handy, but a bit too bright for most people's bedrooms. I'd recommend using that function someplace like the hallway to the bathroom or the kitchen so that you don't trip over things or stub your toe in the middle of the night. It's great that it's not so bright as to be annoying, but bright enough to let you at least see where you are and what's around you. The adjustable color temperature is also really nice. My wife and I don't always agree on what color the light in a specific area should be, so this gives us the opportunity to try different options before we finish the install. I can make a choice and then hold the light in place temporarily while she gives me her opinion, which really simplifies things for us. Wiring these in is a real breeze also. The box contained the wiring parts needed, and I read the other reviews before I started the install so I was able to pick up the other parts I needed. It made things so much easier and these went in without a problem. Now I'm looking to see if we need more, just to make sure that all of our lights match if we can. Read more

It sounds like you’ve written a very helpful, practical review! You hit on the three things most buyers care about: versatility (CCT), ease of installation, and the "real world" feel of the night light. I’ve polished your draft below to improve the flow, correct minor typos (like "absouletyly"), and make it a bit punchier for other shoppers to read. Polished Version Headline: Great value with a clever night light feature—perfect for hallways! I found these lights incredibly easy to work with. The 5CCT selectable range (2700K–5000K) is a huge plus, making them versatile enough for everything from warm ambient lighting to bright daylight. The night light feature is the cherry on top. It’s decently bright—enough to see where you're going, but dull enough not to be jarring. However, I wouldn't recommend using the night light mode in a bedroom unless you wear an eye mask, as it’s a bit bright for sleeping. For hallways, living rooms, and kitchens, it’s absolutely perfect. Key Highlights: Installation: Very straightforward. The supplied push-in electrical caps make wiring a breeze—no twisting required. Aesthetics: The 4-inch ultra-thin profile is sleek and sits flush against the ceiling. (Note: You’ll definitely need a 4-inch hole saw for a clean install). Value: The price for a 12-pack is very competitive. I’ve had no issues with any of the units I’ve installed so far. I’m actually planning on purchasing more to finish the rest of my house. Highly recommended for the price! Read more
