Can’t go wrong with parchment paper, however I have to sau this is great quality of parchment because it’s quite thick. I love it because it can absorb more oil than other brand. If you have a larger sheet cake pan (9x13") the parchment sheets are great for cookies, but not so much for sheet cakes, roast vegetables, meat or anything that has runny batter or cooked with oil, as the parchment sheet fit the bottom of the pan with no overlap. This unfortunately allows juices, oil or batter to seep, crust and burn underneath and makes cleaning the pan a real challenge, especially if you are dealing with a textured non-stick pan. You will have a hardened mess to clean on a pan that is not intended to be scubbed because of the teflon coating. Read more
