Once I got it together, it cooled beautifully. The window nozzle was very difficult to attach to the hose. You have to have this exactly where you want it before doing so, as the barely flexible hose is unforgiving. I also wish the tiny water tank was larger...however, it cools quickly if a bit loudly .
