This backpack worked fine for my son's first year of school and almost half of the second, but yesterday one zipper broke and today the other one broke so he couldn't use it for school. I had to go and find an old adult-sized one from the closet to quickly switch his things to before leaving for school. Also, last year the inner pocket tore on one side so we haven't been able to put folders or anything in there. And a couple of months ago, the zipper got a 'kink' in one section so we have only been able to zip each zipper to that spot. We've made do with these deficiencies up until today when we literally couldn't zip his backpack to prevent things from falling out. It was inexpensive, but I will order a more reputable brand for his replacement (my Jansport is old but has still not torn or gotten a broken zipper after 24 years) Read more
