... aka High Bay lighting. :D I have a Lab, multiple shops, garages etc that need more lighting and I didn't know anything about UFO lights (high bay lights) until this last year. Since then I have gone a bit crazy for them, but even after I ordered quite a few of them, here I am with another dual pack and it's already going to use. I redid the 1941 house's garage and now going to put these lights along with two others to really light it up as I painted the garage bay white from the walls to the ceiling. It needed more light to see as it's semi-sunk into the earth by design of the house and so no windows of any sort and even if it did have they would be on the North facing side and get very little light from them. So send in the UFO's and let them beam down tons of light from their heatsink built bodies that dissipates the heat beautifully on most of these lights and the safety features and more. Some even come with dimmer wires (these don't but you don't need them all the time) so you can adjust them. Since these are going up 20ft+ ceilings no dimming required! :D So capture your UFO today as if you need a beam of light from above nothing spreads as much as these do! (wait a minute... oh never mind!) They are bright, just don't look into the light or cross the beams! Read more

Wow, these lights are bright! I thought I would need two to light up our covered alleyway that leads to the garage (because it is so dark and I’ve tried several types of solar lighting back there and it’s just always still too dark for me), but I only needed one! I finally gave up on the solar situation and decided to get these, but thought I would need to use them both. Boy was I wrong, this is so bright - do not look into the light, you will see spots, and that is no exaggeration. It happened to both my husband and me. I recommend wearing sunglasses with this. It does get hot, so you have to be careful touching the casing after it’s been on for a while. But this light will not disappoint you. I used the second light inside my garage. I was careful to point it at the walls and not out into the room where you would look directly at the light. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to light up a dark place. It will do the entire area, with only one. I know now why they call it a UFO light because it’s not only shaped like a UFO, but It is bright like a UFO too! We are in love with this light. I put it on a really inexpensive outside timer that goes on at dusk and turns off at dawn, so I never have to worry about it. Mine are the 150 option. It's daylight... Like if you ever wanted to turn an area into daylight level lighting these UFO styled lights are affordable and exceeded all my expectations on brightness and quality. Very easy to install, especially if you just use the included loop for a hook. Plugin and it just turns on and the LED lights use so much less wattage than it's old school light bulbs. It does get warm so make sure you pay attention where you install it and give it some clearing. Overall great value highly recommend these lights! Read more

My husband is using these in our storage shed which also doubles as a shop for him. We have an overhead florescent light and it works good for general light in the building but its just wasn't bright enough where his work table is and in one corner where alot of smaller items are all kept. I had tried some different solutions but when I saw these, I wanted to give them a try and we are very pleased with their performance. The top of the shed is rafters so it was easy to find a place to mount each where he wanted and run the cord down the wall to the socket. I also want to say I am fan of them including the safety wire because he did knock one loose when setting up and it would have fell badly had he not had that to secure it. Operation they work great and cast a white light, to bluish like some, that is very bright. He just manually plugs in the one by his bench but the other we put on a smart plug and can trigger with a remote. Very versatile and easy to use and we are very pleased with them Read more
