The media could not be loaded. The first thing I noticed was how well it’s built and designed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the front panel is actually glass and not plastic, and thick glass at that which adds a touch of elegance and class. The flame effect is so mesmerizing and decently realistic from afar. It’s a lot more realistic in person than on camera. The heating aspect is okay and heated up pretty quickly, and it’s quiet. Just wish it had a way to control the temperature instead of a set temperature and on/off switch. The flame effect is silent too which is a major plus. I also love that you can use just the flame effect alone without heat, which is what I needed it for, ambience rather than heat. Easy to assemble and I love that the crystals at the bottom are separate so you can add your own crystals, rocks or small wood sticks of your choice if you want. Fireplace looks stylish and loved the performance for approximately 3 weeks. However item would not power-on one cold morning when it was most needed. The power was verified at socket and even at the source since item would lighten up for a nano second every time power button was pushed. After attempting product support tests, item was still defective. I subsequently started reading Reviews and found multiple occurrences of same model by Customers. Obviously there's a built in flaw that random units experience. I did not expect such quality issue for the price paid. I requested return and will see how replacement unit works but for now my advice is to avoid this model so you have operational unit and not be bothered with packaging unit and carrying to return site and more than one customer has frustration with reliability of unit working. Love this little fireplace! I bought it for the ambience since I live in an apartment where there is no fireplace and landlord is picky about what heat sources we can use. Was cautious at first but once I plugged it in and saw the flames (however "fake") I was sold! The heater has a separate switch which I like since I don't use that function. Heat was immediately hot when I turned it on to test it out. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one, this time a larger one. Read more

This little heater is great! Doesn't take up much space and easy to set up. Just screw the feet on, then unscrew the front panel to put the crystals in, put it back together and that's it. The heater runs quietly and will have a singular bedroom or room warmed up adequately. The only real critique I had was the lack of a remote control function. It's not too much trouble to get up and turn the heater itself on, but it would have been perfect if there was a remote that changed the color of the flames rather than having to buy different color crystals to manually unscrew the front every time. I absolutely love the look of this. It's perfect for a bedroom or if you have a bathroom with a large built in tub. It puts out very minimal heat, so it will only heat a very small room or if the room isn't very cold. The heat comes out of the top rather than the front, so it only heats well if it's placed in the floor or on a lower surface. My only real complaint with it is that it does not have a thermostat, so you have to turn it on and off. Read more
