This knife surprised me by how well it cut.It is a nice size and fits comfortably in the hand. The knife opens and closes with ease. Slicing cumbersome was a breeze. The knife itself seems of good quality. The only complaint I have is the safety closing mechanism. It is not quite lined up for easy closing and release. UPDATE: seller reached out in response wanting to help make it a better experience for me. I want to love this scissors. It cuts well and is great to have BUT I cannot for the life of me get it to close again. I am squeezing it as tight as I can and the latch will not latch :( I can't have it sitting open anywhere in my kitchen with young kids around. Read more
