I was a little skeptical at first, but this derma roller works really well. The titanium needles feel high quality, and it rolls smoothly without any issues. I am kinda new to micro needling. I bought a new face serum that came with a vial and needles to infuse the serum with. It is very difficult because the product does not come out the needles as they say it should. I try everything to make it flow through, but I will not spend an hour trying to make a product work. After reading a few articles, I saw that I could do the micro needling and then apply the product. So that it what I am trying now. These rollers are perfect. They roll over my face so easily and it does not hurt at all, yet I can tell that they are penetrating. The packaging was very nice too. Both rollers came in a nice plastic container to store them in. I am very impressed with them so far. I have only used them a couple times, but so happy with the purchase as I spent a lot of money on the serum and now feel I have the perfect tool to use with it. Read more
Using these for some needling on the scalp and forehead and they seem to be doing a good job. Only wish I bought them in a .50 and not a .25 because I don't think I'm getting the necessary depth. Read more
I bought this to use with a scalp massager and bantana/rosemary oil. I use it after massaging my scalp each night and before applying the oil. I have actually seen an increase in the speed at which my hair is growing back opposed to just the massager, since using. At 56, I have receding hair line and thinning hair. After using this and the massager and oil for a month, I have already noticed thicker hair and new growth. It doesn't feel the best, but it doesn't really hurt either, unless I push too hard on it during use. But, I use NIGHTLY. I think it is the consistency of use that has had the most effect. These are great. They work well and do not present too much pain. Be careful out there. You do not need to push down too hard and consider using a spray sanitizer between uses. You don't want to get an infection. I use the longer needles for my hairline (rogaine) and the shorter ones for facial areas and use some retinol/collagen. Read more
Still a work in progress, so that’s the only reason for 3 stars. I am satisfied with the ease of use. There’s relatively little pain. If I do experience pain it’s because I’m being heavy handed. Both me and my spouse are using them. Currently using for hair regrowth, but our daughters are interested in using it for facial skin care like acne and redness. It’s a good size, obviously we both have different sized hands and we both use it just fine. Read more
