I think that this is super easy to use especially at home. I love that there are two different levels of resistance bands in this set. It is super thick and I do feel like there is enough resistance to make this effective with a homework home workout. It comes with examples of different exercises. I keep one band at home and one at work since both the pink and the purple bands appear to be the same resistance strength and length.
