This is a very nice pillow set. Made very well. They have double linings, one that holds the material of the pillow or its guts that zips and the outside zipped cover. They come shrink rolled and wrapped. I put them in the dryer for 10 minutes on the cool fluff cycle. I slept on the pillow as is but found that it was a bit much in height for my neck. I removed less than a 1\4 of the inner material and tried it the next night. I found my just right sweet spot. Love the comfort of this pillow. I found it had no foul smell as others have had concerns. On that note I did fluff it with a fabric softener so maybe that was the difference. I received the pillows today and was impressed by the quality. Very nicely packaged and when the pillows were taken out of the wrap they started to expand. There is a note that says to put them in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff the pillows. After removing them from the dryer the pillows were fully expanded and extremely comfortable. Absolutely adore this pillow!! Can be firm or soft depending on your liking just by removing some of the stuffing... Don't forget to dry it for like 15 minutes when u first get it though because my pillow didn't fluff up until I did. Will definitely buy again. Read more

These pillows come in a vacuum bag but expand quickly. They were over stuffed for our liking but discovered we could easily remove some of the stuffing and adjust the pillows to our individual needs. Love them! Read more

So happy with my purchase! I've had the best nights sleep these last couple nights with these new pillows! They are incredibly comfortable. Very soft! And fluffy.. I don't see these going flat anytime soon. They support my neck very well in multiple sleeping positions and they stay cool throughout the night.
