They arrived in a nice package all rolled up tight once opened I allowed them to breathe and they came up to a bigger pillow. I purchased one of these about two years ago from a different company but we now have a king size bed and the Queens just do not fit right. These are the exact same pillows that I had a couple of years ago and they really are good they're comfortable. You can take the cover off and wash it along with the pillowcase And they're very impressive. Along with that, the price was great on a deal that was going on with Amazon and I highly recommend these pillows to anyone that's looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow by far the best pillows Ive bought in a long long time. Extremely comfortable, smell good, lightweight, and support my head and neck nicely because this is where I have the problem with my neck having the metal plates and bolts and synthetic discs in it. I feel weird saying this, but I love this pillow. I was just looking for a comfortable, long lasting, unique and stable dependable pillow, and I have found it. A few years back I bought a "gel" pillow but it got lumpy and unreliable so to speak, so I went back on the hunt. This is what I found, This pillow feels substantial yet supple and cool and very comfortable. By accident I purchased the king size but theu were perfect as couch pillows and so they were promoted. I got my first Bamboo Pillow about 10 years ago on sale at our local drug store on clearance after xmas. I absolutely loved it. I have been buying them since. They last for several years. They come with a nice outer cover that can be washed. These pillows are so comfortable. They cradle your head and neck and help me sleep better. It is soft yet firm and you just kind of sink into it. It is also cooler that a regular pillow. If I get hot I flip it over and it is cool and feels so relaxing. I have bought my husband and sons these pillows and they love them as well. They can be washed but you need to make sure they dry and you will need to pull at them to adjust the foam pieces inside. I recommend this pillow to anyone who wants a decent nights sleep. Read more

These are the same great pillows I found in a Bed Bath and Beyond store, many years ago. So delighted to find them again! P.S. They arrive flat, truly flat, but then fluff up once you unwrap them. Just make sure to do it a few hours before you want to use them. Read more

I used to have a set of shredded memory foam pillows with bamboo covers that were similar to these so I ordered these. To my disappointment, these aren't as heavy as my old ones and they’re not as comfortable. The foam is too fluffy. I’ve adjusted the filling level several times with no luck. Pros: cool to sleep on, come with plenty of filling so you can adjust however you like, I like the pillow covers. I’ve had these for 2 years. I’d return them in a heartbeat if I could and search for higher quality ones. Read more
