These are very nice sweaters. They give a nice layered look. I found the arm holes are a bit large to wear without a shirt underneath. Expect to wash these before wearing them as they arrive in an airless bag and very wrinkled. They washed just fine in cold water and dried on very low heat. I do think the brown sweater would look better with all brown buttons and not the brown/black they used, but of course that's just one opinion. Read more

Firstly let me say that I do love these and the quality of them is extremely nice the fit is absolutely perfect and I am so grateful that I get to test two of them at once in exchange for my review and I am so grateful to the company! However for me at least I am not able to wear these two with the normal shirts that I would wear my vest with cause I love these kind of vest because they are rounded at the neck and it’s a higher fit at the neck so I feel like these would either be more useful in summer when I can wear it with nothing under it or with a collared button up shirt in which case, I am on the hunt for one of those right now and do plan to try them out with that I just have to find the proper color that would look good with both colors. I got the pack that comes with the tan and the black and only gave this four stars which I’m debating changing that only because I’m having such a confusing time finding a shirt to layer with otherwise if you know how to layer this properly because maybe I don’t this is these are great they’re great quality the fit is perfect there’s nothing bad that I can say about either one of them they’re beautiful I just have to find the type of shirt I can wear underneath to make them look right because I’m used to having a V-neck or a looser fitted the neck Read more

These are really fun, the buttons are awesome and I also like that the back drops down a bit longer than the front of the vests. I do wish that that neck was a little looser, these necks fit pretty tight. I usually wear small and that's what I ordered, and if I had to do it again I may size up to a medium because that fit would give me a bit more "flowy" room especially when wearing a shirt underneath, but it depends on what kind of look/fit you're going for. These vests are cute. I ordered the Black/Brown combo - the black is a rich true black and the brown is more tan than the deeper brown in the photos. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. There's no size chart, but I have multiple Simlakey pieces in my wardrobe. The brand typically runs small and I'm DD cup so I ordered XL. It fits well without being too baggy or too tight. If you have a larger bust and are in between sizes, I'd order up. There is a bit of stretch in the fabric, but I noticed when I reached for something, a gap appeared between the buttons - showing skin. I will only wear this with an undershirt. I also think the neck is a tad tight but that might be my personal preference - I felt like it was a much higher cut than my other shells and vests. The black was fine but the brown arrived with a lot of creases in the fabric. The buttons are sewn on neatly too. I like the slight high-low silhouette.
