Update: I finally heard back from the seller who offered to replace it. I received a replacement order. Although I wasn't happy about the first one breaking, their customer service helped by sending me a replacement. Product was great until I had to recharge it. It never re-charged and therefore couldn't use it again after one charge. I reached out to seller, who has not responded after 11 days. I sent 2 messages. So even though it says there is a 1 year warranty, good luck trying to get someone to honor it. Outside of that I can say it was good while it lasted, but unfortunately didn't last long. After getting frustrated with using too many matches we finally decided to get an electric candle lighter. These are great. We've only used one in our set of two. I purchased two of these on sale a little after month ago. After having it for two weeks I decided to use it to light my ciggatretts, 5 times a day. Two weeks later there was no arc and not working. I used a old clean toothbrush to clear the sediment left behind from use. I charged it and it worked for another day. Thats the end after two weeks, and the return window had closed a day earlier. I am not happy with this purchase and I just thought I would save someone the experience I've been through. Buy at your own risk and use it right away should you have a problem you have a month to return. At least that is what is says on Amazon. Read more
