Trying them today for the first time today. I’ll give a review after I see how they do. But one thing for sure I cannot put socks on top of them, they do make it snug in my sneakers. Most importantly right now…there is only one pair in the box not two as described. Two and a half hours of wearing…. I had to take them off because they cramped my toes severely. I had on wide toe box sneakers even a 1/2 size then I normally wear. If you have Morton’s Neuroma as I do, these will not help. Idk what the hype and 4.5 star rating is about. When I first pulled these out of the package and felt them I figured they probably sent gel pads to put in the fabric yourself for washing purposes or something. Nope! The gel is fusion is already in the foot piece they just really are that THIN that I didn’t notice them. The thickness of the gel is about that of a nickel. So if you need something that actually has decent padding to it go elsewhere. My foot doctor put the same cushion in my shoes. So glad I found these. I put them on the back of my inserts/insoles. I’ll change them out when they wear down. I didn’t want to apply them to my bare feet! The doctor put them on top of my insoles once—-not a good choice for me. Easier to remove and replace cushioning under insoles . Gives my arches the support they need. My feet don’t ache as much. Read more
