Purchased for forefoot pain. I was surprised at the amount of immediate relief they provided. I position it just behind the metatarsal joints. They can be stacked if you need it. One thing I do to stretch the usage is stack the used ones on top of a new pad. A glue stick works perfectly to accomplish this. Of course, these stick to your foot better if you get the skin well dry. I will also wipe the area with an alcohol pad. Read more

The quality of the foot pad is excellent. They were identical to the pads that my foot doctor provided during a visit. The price was reasonable also. The thickness of the pad fit my need and was comfortable. Read more

These pads have helped me are good, but semi-impractical for me. I work a very physical job lifting and moving furniture all day. They have helped soften the impact on the balls of my feet. The adhesive is great at first, but if you sweat like almost all humans do, then the adhesive tends to wear off and make the pad slide around a little on your sole. It’s not the best product, but for the price it did the job. If my foot pain were less severe and infrequent I would say this is a good purchase. I am in less pain than I was before. Seeing as my pain is constant these are somewhat impractical for me to buy over and over again. Read more

These are helping me with pain in the ball of my foot. I found that they work better for me and more comfortable when I place them under a soft insole, rather than on top of it or directly under my foot. the Thickness is pretty much just right for me, they feel better on one foot than the other but still are helping me with foot pain daily. It’s easy to apply and the cushion is decent, thickness is appropriate but any rigorous activity in it and it starts to move around so adhesion is not the best. It’s much cheaper than the other pads I was using but the performance aligns with the price. Read more

I have tried several foot pads without much relief until I found these. They are the perfect size, did not have to trim. And best of all, they have aided in relieving my foot pain. They also stay in place, even in the shower. Until I manually removed them. I will purchase again and definitely recommend this product. Read more

I had big toe implant surgery 7 months ago. I’m still suffering from soreness & discomfort from my surgery, especially after being on my feet for long periods of time. I purchased these to put underneath my big toe for extra cushion. It helped quite a bit. Took some pressure off. I researched this on my own on how to help with my soreness & discomfort. I didn’t get this product from the recommendation of my foot doctor. However, it helps & I’m sticking with it for the time being. Read more
