I want to make sure I give a review because I now have experienced some stuff after ordering this product. First of all it is really really good. I wear gas permeable lenses and I always seem to feel like they are so uncomfortable, that I actually stopped wearing them. This machine is incredible and gets them cleaner than new. But the problem is that it stopped working soon after I got it. I was so bummed that I was willing to reorder it. The Amazon listing says their is a two year warranty but when you look on the Amazon listing page there is no phone number or email address to contact the manufacturer or seller. It does not say anywhere that it is covered by Amazon. So I had to really hunt for customer service in the Amazon website as it was out of its return window. Amazon agreed to reimburse me so I could order another. I want to caution you that you should keep the brochures that comes in the box because that is the only way to get ahold of the seller for warranty coverage. It says please contact our after sales support: VCNFPROhelp@outlook.com. So thinking back on what might have gone wrong may also help you in your quest to keep this piece of equipment working smoothly for some time. You will notice a white lens container that is rather awkward to remove inside the compartment. I recommend removing this container and then adding your lenses and cleaning solution to the lens container while it is set outside on your counter. Put your lenses in the case and tighten the lids before putting the white case back into the machine to start the cleaning process. Likewise, remove the white contact lens case from the cleaning machine before removing the lenses and be sure to clean and dry the white case before reinserting it. It is my believe that the liquid can spill into the mechanical area and damage it. There seems to be a large space which will allow liquid too seep in. So here is your warning.
