Works as it should. My second SooQi eye mask. First one died after almost 2 years. Blocks all light and does the job dilating my tear ducts making my otherwise dry eyes moist for a comfortable sleep. Charged battery lasts long enough to get through the nite. Economical and does the job. Read more

Absolutely love this mask. I have an eye injury and my eye doc said I needed to get one of these. Honestly it has been one of my best purchases, I had no idea how much I needed this. The heat is soothing, it is soft, and a nice weight. I wasn't too happy that it did have a plasticy chemical smell to it, but it's not too overwhelming and I am very happy with my purchase. It’s a great mask worth the money but after 2 months of using now the left side of the mask has less heat and the right side has more,it’s not cheap so I will try to contact the vender and see if they can do something about it and will update so you would know about the after sale service!! At last!! A way to soothe my old tired eyes after too much time reading or being on my tablet. I am a self admitted old lady who has eye strain from time to time. Prior to these chargeable heated eye masks, I used a washcloth heated in the microwave. By the time I toddled to my recliner, the cloth was barely warm. This SooQi rechargeable cordless (YAY!) eye mask is just what I needed!! It charges fast too! I do wish the charging cord was a bit longer, but that is my only caution. There's an internal battery, but it wears out over time. I think I did maybe 20 sessions, but towards the end the mask didn't hold its heat. You're better off buying another brand. Read more
