The white one works the best for hot days, it breathes well, it fits perfect and there is a good stretch to it. Its absorbent so it sucks up every drop of sweat so it doesn't end up in my eyes. Its easy to roll up so it just covers your head and then roll back down to cover your face and leave your eyes out. You can breath in it, even when its wet. It help keep the top of my head from burning in the heat. It kept my overall body temperature down a couple degrees. Kept me from sweating more, instead it helped keep me cool.
