The pair I received arrived loose in a plastic LPN (returned) bag. The arch height is true to description and it is high and supportive. The length and width is that of what a men’s 3/4 insert would be versus a woman’s which is slightly smaller and slimmer. I appreciated the length considering the insert was so hard. If you are accustomed to hard inserts this is for you. Unfortunately it was too hard and painful side to stand in comfortably. This return was returned. Read more

So Far So Good👍 they provide good, rigid arch support as advertised. They don’t fit too well in all my shoes because they aren’t flexible but they work amazingly well in my boots.
