Shoes don't come with quality insoles, so REPLACE insoles with high quality insoles to protect your heal and your arch. I find the thicker ones with sold arch support and thick heal cushioning to work best, but it may depend on your personal needs to find the best match for you - I've found it valuable to get thicker, better qualtiy insoles and I've bought extras to give to my daughters in hopes they will provide care for their feet.
