These are a perfect fit in my 9.5 women's shoes. I need a good arch support and I am plagued with plantar fasciitis and the accompanying bone spurs in both heels. These replaced the (never-adequate) factory insoles in my athletic shoes and are very comfortable. Read more

I’ve tried a few different insoles before, but none really held up—either they were too soft, didn’t have enough support, or just made things worse. I got these on a whim because the price was reasonable and they mentioned support for over 220 lbs (I’m around that range). After just a day or two of breaking them in, I noticed a big difference. My heel pain from plantar fasciitis started easing up, especially after standing all day at work. The arch support is firm, not mushy, which is what I needed. I wear them in my work boots, and I’m on my feet 8-10 hours a day. These insoles really help take the pressure off. If you have flat feet or plantar fasciitis and need something sturdy, give these a shot. Only thing I’d say is they felt a little stiff at first—but don’t give up, they get better after a short break-in period. Definitely happy with the purchase. Read more

I have plantar fasciitis and I usually get the name brand Dr. Shols inserts and they are great. But these inserts are cheap and the worst! My feet hurt worse with putting these in, than wearing my 8 month old highly used inserts. They made my feet hurt worse!!!! There is little support and no cushion or any sort. My arches and heals hurt and they are very hard. Not enough arch support for me. Waste of money. Read more
