I purchased this queen size, memory foam mattress topper because the expensive mattress that I bought online lasted about 6 months before lower back issues started. I could barely straighten up when I got out of bed in the morning. Then arrives this 3 inch memory foam mattress topper...so far, so fantastic! Of course, only time will tell, but I have not had any pain in the week or so that it has been on my bed. When you lay down on it, it is like a cloud that surrounds you but doesn't sink in too far...you just sort of nestle in and your body totally relaxes, I love it! I am a back and a side sleeper, but since getting this mattress topper, I sleep on my back only and never really move much during the night, which to me, is a great sign. Of course, just over a week is nothing, but if I can get a year out of this topper, I will be a very happy camper and glad to buy another one from same manufacturer to replace it, considering what I paid for it. I will try to remember to come back and update this review in a few months as I know this really isn't helpful after using it for such a short time. It does seem like good quality but then again, what do any of us know about memory foam, really. All I know is that now, I have no pain in the morning, and I sleep like a baby. Exactly what I was looking for! Update! Still loving it after almost 2 months! No lower back pain, I don't want to get up in the morning, it's so comfortable! But when I do get up, I feel so good, no pain at all and I make my bed and enjoy the rest of my day. Sometimes I look at my bed in the afternoon and think, "Soon I will be joining you for a luxurious night of relaxation and bliss, I can hardly wait!" This topper does not smell. It is exactly as described. The cover is included and it has a zipper. It's machine washable with a rubbery kind of non-slip bottom. You can flip the topper over as it might reduce wear - I can't speak to that. And of course you would remove the cover before you flip it over. It was easy to unwrap from the packaging and took only 24 hours to come to full form, even though I waited for the recommended 48 hrs. It fits my queen bed nicely. It has adjustable straps, so it's adaptable to a range of mattress thicknesses. It's described as medium-firm. I do wish it was a little softer and hope it will soften a bit over time. But even on the first night, my 70 year old bones felt better. Also, I'm a warm sleeper but this topper does not make me any warmer. It might even make me feel a little cooler but it's too hard to tell since the weather has been warmer than usual lately. My advice: Don't spend a fortune on a new mattress until you give this topper a try. If it doesn't work out, maybe you can use it for camping - it's not that expensive. It seems most new mattresses have some sort of topping built in as the top layer on top of the main mattress part with the springs. And that's the reason you can't flip new mattresses. So this topper might make your existing mattress feel as great as a new mattress. Read more
Left it to expand for 4 hours, and it is already pretty flat. For this price, the comfort is well worth it. Made in China, quality-made; slight odor that goes away after 4 hours. The only downside is that it's only soft when you lie on it, like a non-Newtonian fluid. Read more

Purchased this 3 inch mattress topper in the twin xl size for my daughter’s college dorm bed. The size was perfect. We were worried about her not being able to sleep since she wouldn’t be in her bed at home but she loved it and said she slept even better, lol. She said she sank into the mattress topper and it felt very comfortable and cozy. We had to wait a little while for it to decompress after we unwrapped it but it was no big deal since we took that opportunity to organize something else in the dorm room in the meantime. I love that it has a cover that can be zipped up to wash in case she spills something on it. I also love the corner straps that keep it from slipping off, very convenient. The pricing was not bad considering there are mattress toppers out there that cost upwards of $300. Good value for the price we paid. Highly recommend this mattress topper. Read more
