Customers have mixed opinions about the mattress topper's thickness, with some finding it thick while others say it's not dense enough.
4.5 stars. Oder when unboxed but it went away after a few days. It's very heavy, need to ppl to move. Got it on the bed and have slept on it now for 3 nights now. Hubby says he slept great, I slept great. It feels solid when you first lay down but then your body conforms into the memory foam. Cover is soft, expanded fully after 24 hours. This mattress topper was absolutely terrible. This topper was very soft and felt like I was being swallowed up in it. To return this topper you have to try and get a king size mattress that come vacuum packed back into the original box which is impossible, as is about 3ft by 18 inches. Amazon said that UPS would except it even if it wasn’t in the original packaging and UPS said they wouldn’t. Thankfully the UPS driver understood and took the mattress topper back even though it wasn’t all back in the box. As for the company I tried calling 4 times and all I got was I could not be connected to this number. Don’t not waste your money . Read more
It is very soft and comfortable but it does slide around the mattress even with the straps. It does sink a lot so it can be a little difficult to adjust or get up. Update: slides and scrunches up constantly, with or without straps it does not stay put, it also scrunches up so that it doesn't even fit to the mattress and we have to stretch it back out every night Read more

This topper adds no type firmness. You actually sink into the bed more. Also, be prepared. This topper is hot! You will sweat in the bed if you are prone to run hot at night. I wish I didn’t miss the return window because this is not working for me. Read more

Bought this topper a gift for my sister. Her’s was worn out, so we picked this one as a replacement. It came packed in a strong box and wrapped in heavy plastic. We unpacked it and put it on the bed so it could puff up. It did, and there was no smell to it. It was easy for us to install, was nice and thick, and we felt that the cost was very reasonable.
