LOVE! I have never had another one to compare to but I love this one! It heats up well and no leakage. I saw others that were hand held with tank but I wanted something that wasn’t so bulky and heave to use. I made the right choice with this one. I don't know why I buy into snake oil stuff like this sometimes, but I guess I'm just gullible. I wanted to get a nonstick pan from my June oven cleaner than I could do so simply by scrubbing it for some of the stuff that built up. And absolutely NOTHING happened with using this. They show it cleaning ovens - tried it on my oven door that isn't even really that dirty since I rarely use it - and again, the steam did nothing, at any setting.
