I have used the more expensive “brand name” kinesio tape and unfortunately in this case I have to say- you get what you paid for. I normally need to cut 3 strips to go around the width of my foot plus one on the bottom of my foot. When I saw this extraordinary 4 inch wide tape I was excited and ordered right away. I just cut to the length I need, divide that strip into 4 squares and 6 squares wide and start taping. The disappointments: this brand does seem to be as stretchy, it doesn’t feel as strong and the edges don’t adhere as well or for as many days as the other brand I was using. Solutions: I use a waterproof tape across the top, bottom and anchor points of the kinesio tape so it doesn’t catch on my socks or rub off in bed. Now this brand can be worn in the shower and for more than 1 day without starting to peel away. It does give me the support I need and if necessary I will probably order this brand again oroviddd I can always buy the waterproof tape. Read more

I'm using this tape as trans tape and not sports tape so that's what this review is about! Cant tell you how it holds up for sports or injuries and stuff but for binding this tape is actually a pretty good cheap alternative to trans tape. Only issue is that its not that sticky? It sticks to my skin very well and can stay on for multiple days AND it's waterproof and holds up after a couple showers without getting messed up but it does peel around the edges when I move which is annoying but like it doesn't come off which is good. Scissors aren't great but I didn't need them anyways. It's easy to put on I guess too lol. Over all it works amazingly for what I'm using it for and stays in place for days. Just wish it would stay down around the edges. Read more

For the past year I was using KT tape from another brand, which recently changed formula and stopped working. Gave this a go on a whim, and I'll definitely be buying this exclusively from now on. I have sensitive skin, so most adhesives cause hives. And my skin os naturally very oily, and I sweat excessively, so finding something thatll stick is also a challenge. Works just as well as other binding tapes. and holds on even after sweating. Doesn’t hurt too much to peel off, but make sure you’re caring for your skin before and after application. Read more
