It was not as sticky as other tape, some tapes I can wear for a week but this tape can maybe last two days. However it got the job done and was affordable. I tape my foot daily for accessory navicular syndrome and it has changed my ability to move. It doesn’t hurt to remove this tape and it was supportive. I really love how the precut strips make taping faster in the morning. Read more
These do not stick quite as well as Rocktape, but I rather appreciate that. They last for the day, then come off fairly easily with some body wash during a shower. I’ve used it with good results for my knee and feet. Read more
Tape strips are great, but last for only 24 hour at best barely got through a 12 hour shift at work, and a morning at the gym. I had to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer while at work. I choose tape for sanitation reason, but since the tape didn’t stick a brace would have been more appropriate. Read more

I was excited to try this 60-piece pack of precut kinesiology tape strips in six different colors — especially since having a variety of ready-to-use pieces seems super convenient for workouts, runs, or everyday muscle support. Unfortunately, the performance just didn’t live up to that initial promise. 🔹 What’s Good: • Color variety: The six bright colors are fun and make it easy to match to outfits or just add some personality. • Precut convenience: I liked not having to cut the strips myself — the sizes are generally versatile enough for common taping needs (knees, shoulders, wrists, etc.). 🔻 What’s Not So Good: • Not very sticky: This is the biggest issue. The adhesive is noticeably weak compared to other kinesiology tapes I’ve used. Right after application it feels okay, but within a few hours — sometimes less than that — the edges begin to peel. • Falls off easily: Whether I was walking, stretching, or lightly sweating, the strips frequently came unstuck. I tried applying on clean, dry skin and even used a bit of extra adhesive spray — but they still slipped off far sooner than expected. 📍 Overall Feel: There’s definitely potential in the idea — fun colors and a full pack of precut strips are appealing — but in practice these tapes just don’t stay put. For anyone hoping for support during workouts, long days, or active use, they’re likely to be disappointing. 👍 Pros: • Fun selection of colors • Convenient precut sizes • Affordable and good for casual novelty 👎 Cons: • Weak adhesive — not very sticky • Strips fall off easily, especially with movement or sweat • Not reliable for serious athletic use 💭 Final Verdict: If you want inexpensive, brightly colored precut tape for light, short-term use (like costume accessories or novelty), these aren’t terrible. But if you’re looking for true kinesiology support that stays on during workouts or daily activity, I’d recommend spending a bit more on a higher-quality tape with stronger adhesion. Read more
This product simply doesn't work. The adhesion is poor, and when you try to stretch the tape—like KT tape is supposed to be used—it peels off. I couldn't complete a full workout without the tape coming off. I suggest you don't waste your time and money on this; instead, invest in a quality product. Read more
Very happy with quality of tape strips. Lasts all day. Read more
I have worked in sports medicine for over 20 years and have been using kinesiotape for as many years. For most of those years I was a KT and Rock Tape loyalist. But this tape sticks really well and I can keep it on at least 3-4 days at a time. Give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it, as well! Read more
