I call this "magic tape". It gets rid of muscle aches like magic - drug free. I always thought it was a placebo effect when a friend told me the tap really helped with pain. Then one day my should was aching so much for no reason and no pain pill would touch it. I asked for a piece of tape, and the relief was instant and continuous. You don't have to put in on in any special way, just slap it on over the ache. I bought this package because it's flesh toned (I don't need the silly colors). great tape held up well. wore on my ankle for a week and it did not come off and held up well. adhesive has a good pattern. tape stretches well and holds great. tape did leave a bit more residue than i am used to from ktape. but all in all really good product for a good price. just ordered their multicolor box. well worth buying if you are looking for cost effective taping. if 4.5 stars was an option it would have gotten that. It helped what I needed it for when it did stick. Used to support ankle joints and knees. Ankle it was fine because it was under a sock, but as soon as the sock came off it started to roll, on my knees it really sucked as it would start peel and/or roll within minutes of putting on not tight/not loose pants (which has never happened with a different brand, AND putting it on as instructed). Some colors had less stretch than others, some stuck better than others, most left residue that caused irritation on a small part of my calf (use isopropyl alcohol to wipe off remaining residue and dry and it went away after a few days, but still). I will go back to using ckeep as it sticks through showers and sweat and still removes cleanly and easily when you want. Read more

Great value for 5 rolls of tape. Stretchy, sturdy, soft and sticks on skin very well. Downside is that it sticks on too well and painful to remove. Took off some of my leg hairs! Leaves glue residue on the skin that requires alot of time to remove. Applications were easy and the tape was very trimmable and provided the additional support I needed for my knees. The excess sticking and glue residue was a big negative that over weighs the value of the tape though. 2.5 stars. Read more
