I was going to give this to my husband to use for his work truck but had to steal it for myself. I like to listen to music or watch something on my phone while washing dishes. I stuck this to the side of my refrigerator and it has been life changing. It comes with two metal discs that stick to the back of your phone or phone case. The magnet is very strong and my phone does not slide or slip off. It stays exactly where I put it until I take it off. I absolutely love that the suction cup is vacuumed by a turn style ring at the base. It is easy to move and does not move. The quality of the phone holder seems really good. Doesn't feel like cheap plastic or anything that would cause concern. I love that it can fold in out of the way or telescope out so you can adjust where you need it to go. This is an awesome phone holder! The suction to the car dash/windshield holds great, it hasn't came loose or moved at all. It comes with magnets for the back of your phones that holds them perfectly to the ring magnet. I bought this for my adult daughter who hates driving without having her maps up.
