Husband had to replace my mixers work gear AGAIN because last time we didn’t add new grease. This time, the grease helped sooo much. My mixer is working like new again. GIVE IT A BIT OF TIME TO WORK THROUGH THE GEARS WELL. I WASNT sure at first, as it sounded weird and all, but once it got to work through all of the gears (im assuming that was the issue) there is no noise, runs smoothly, etc. it doesn’t seem to be leaking. My mixer was leaking dark grease. Watched a YT video that recommended this product. Thank goodness for the replacement seal that came w the package. Didn't smell. The spatula with it was very handy, both for removing the old oil, but to put the new on. I put my mixer back together and ran it and it's quieter and no problems with it. Highly recommend this. I found a like new Kitchen Aid mixer on Craigslist for $50, they said it was leaking oil. Found out that is what happens when they the mixer sets for a long time without being used.
