These work great I love them day/night anytime however I'm not sure if its just me but the most recent box I purchased makes my nose itch like crazy while its on to the point where I can only wear it for a little before I have to take it off. Read more
Its hard to ruin or screw up something like a nasal strip nose opening strip BUT youd be surprised.. these arent as good at all compared to others aka look at the price vs the quantity.. they felt like a piece of tape on my nose.. they opened my nose about 50% compared to the ones I get which turns my 1 lane of traffic into a 6 lane highway.. get breathe right brand you'll get 26 for 11 dollars and theyll open your nose... these are good only if your broke like when I got them but there probably 50% as good as breathe good strips..
