These come in handy if you prep a lot of your own food, spices, etc. I bought these specifically because I've been making my own sourdough crackers, and if I put the crackers in an airtight container, they tend to get chewy due to their own moisture. However, if I put one or two of these little packets in the container, the crackers stay nice and crunchy for days!
