Product came in appropriate packaging and directions are easy to follow. I just started using this so no results yet but will post a progress rework with consistent use. Easy to apply I like the liquid form instead of foam that other brand use it get waste away. It has been week since I use it & I have seen result growing gradually. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks. My edges were thinning due to wearing braids. Recently i noticed that they were almost nonexistent.
