Donut Pillow, Memory Foam / ASIN: BOD31PW5FT / $31.41 This cushion has been very helpful while seated at a desk. It was also comfortable in the car but I prefer something not quite as thick (high) for that act. I'm on the heavier side but do not feel this pillow needs to be any larger -- it does not create any abnormal pressure points. It is soft enough to "give" as opposed to being a hard resistance. The bottom is a layer of non-slip beads which is likely taken for granted as the pillow stays put while plopping down. This is good quality memory foam. I recently had a hemorrhoidectomy, and this donut pillow was amazing! It helped ease the pressure and discomfort when sitting down. 2 weeks after my surgery, I had to go back to the hospital for another minor same-day procedure, so I took my pillow with me knowing I'd be waiting around for a while. I'm around 290 lbs. and this pillow is perfect for me. Yes, it does squish down, but it still provides cushion and also reduces pressure on the coccyx by maybe 50% (at least). Overall quality is good and the price is fair. I figure I'll replace it with a new one every six months. Read more
