He says they are very comfortable and that his bottom feels much better when sitting with this cushion.The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality. Both cushions arrived very quickly, with fast delivery right to our house. I also want to mention that customer service is very responsive, which is important to us and gives peace of mind. Donut Pillow, Memory Foam / ASIN: BOD31PW5FT / $31.41 This cushion has been very helpful while seated at a desk. It was also comfortable in the car but I prefer something not quite as thick (high) for that act. I'm on the heavier side but do not feel this pillow needs to be any larger -- it does not create any abnormal pressure points. It is soft enough to "give" as opposed to being a hard resistance. The bottom is a layer of non-slip beads which is likely taken for granted as the pillow stays put while plopping down. This is good quality memory foam. I recently had a hemorrhoidectomy, and this donut pillow was amazing! It helped ease the pressure and discomfort when sitting down. 2 weeks after my surgery, I had to go back to the hospital for another minor same-day procedure, so I took my pillow with me knowing I'd be waiting around for a while. I'm VERY GLAD that I did! I had to wait/sit on a standard hard hospital bed and this pillow made me comfortable the entire time. I got the heather gray one instead of the basic black. I'm around 290 lbs. and this pillow is perfect for me. Yes, it does squish down, but it still provides cushion and also reduces pressure on the coccyx by maybe 50% (at least). Overall quality is good and the price is fair. I figure I'll replace it with a new one every six months. Read more

Initially, our family member liked this cushion but it didn’t soften as we hoped and was too stiff and uncomfortable. He was loosing weight so maybe this was the problem but if you are “skin & bones” this cushion may feel like a bag of sand. Read more
