I bought this expecting to fast-charge four phones at once after reading the reviews and having high hopes. When I received the first unit, I was disappointed right away—there was no fast charging at all. I assumed it might be a defective unit, which happens, so I requested a replacement. Two days later, the replacement arrived, and it was used. The stand was missing, and to my surprise, this unit also did not support fast charging. Now I’m being asked to pay to return the second unit, even though it arrived incomplete and still doesn’t perform as advertised. Very disappointing experience. Read more
